Race Elevation B.V. (“the Company”) intends to open its inaugural Formula-G centre on an easily accessible location in Amsterdam, in the course of 2008. In the latter part of 2009 the focus will shift towards opening further Formula-G centres, and towards the development of stand-alone units that will operate outside the store.

Formula-G offers customers a unique race experience similar to Formula 1 racing at a reasonable price in a secure and comfortable environment. Customers race in specially designed simulators, which can produce an excess of 2 G’s in gravitational forces providing drivers with sensations similar to real life racing. The simulator is comprised of a cockpit with three built-in, High-Definition displays and a 500-watt surround sound system which further enhance the realistic feeling. The cockpit is mounted on a 6 DOF (degree of freedom) motion platform that in combination with a force-feedback steering wheel truly guarantees a unique racing experience.

More specifically, the Formula-G centres will consist of 6 race simulators which, when connected to a network, offer customers the possibility to race in solo mode or in multiplayer mode. Various displays and screens placed throughout the centre will broadcast performances and display results. A bar/hospitality area will cater food & drinks while the customers can enjoy watching the performances of their friends and colleagues.

The sensations delivered by the simulator are far more superior than any product in the home entertainment industry existing today, even professional race car drivers are challenged by racing in the simulator, and can sometimes struggle to even match their actual lap times on corresponding real life circuits. Customers will experience the thrill of racing, against each other in real-time. This is the ultimate racing experience! It only takes minutes to enjoy but a lifetime to master.
